= MY FRIEND WANTS AN ABORTON =

You may have strong views about abortion and want to share these with someone who is struggling with making a decision about pregnancy. Or maybe you are not sure or don’t have all the information yourself. Finding out all the information is really important when making such a decision. It is always okay to talk about your views, however be mindful that if people feel you are pressuring them, they may choose to not talk to you about it.

If you are not in favour of your friend having an abortion, then it is okay to tell your friend. You can say something like:
"I really want to be here for while you work this out. I need to tell you though that I don’t believe abortion is the answer. I really care about you and your baby and want to support you both. I do know that abortion can really hurt woman physically and psychologically and I care about you too much to help you take that rood. Whatever you decide I will still care about you."
